Myiah McCullough

Myiah McCullough is the Senior Manager, Commercial Transformation at Condé Nast responsible for leading the transformation of the Global Commercial team by partnering with key Commercial Leadership as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to lead ongoing transformative initiatives and identify new projects to modernize the Global Commercial Revenue organization strategy and structure.

Prior to stepping into the role, McCullough was the Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Condé Nast working with key business stakeholders to ensure the development and integration of Condé Nast global workforce diversity strategy for employee resource groups, developing diverse talent, fostering an inclusive work environment and ensuring management accountability.

Myiah is passionate about bringing employees at Condé together and creating a space for everyone to grow in their careers, learn, and thought-share, while amplifying diverse voices. Myiah formally sat on the Junior Advisory Board in partnership with The Estee Lauder Companies and was a participant in the Condé Nast Reversed Mentorship Pilot Program. Outside of work, McCullough enjoys volunteering, cycling, baking, and traveling.

Myiah holds a BS in Communication Studies and International Business and a Masters of Science in Strategic Digital Communications and Information Sciences from The University of Tennessee.
