Karina Cabrera Bell

Karina is an Executive in Accenture’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Practice. Karina advises Fortune 500 clients across industries on their journey towards inclusive cultures. In this role, she provides strategic direction, thought leadership and talent strategy.
In addition to her client work, Karina has a passion for coaching and mentoring. She serves as a member of the leadership team within Accenture’s National Hispanic ERG and lead’s Accenture’s Northern CA Women’s ERG.

Karina is a frequent speaker on topics of inclusive leadership, equitable practices, and women’s leadership.

Prior to Accenture, Karina served as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of a Talent Strategy firm working with companies on inclusion and diversity, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.

Before private sector, Karina served in all levels of government in her fifteen year career in public service. At the Obama White House, Karina served as Director of Congressional Affairs forging partnerships with Congress and national advocacy groups to advance the President’s policy agenda. Prior to the Obama White House, Karina worked as a Senior Advisor to U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand where she led legislative initiatives for women and families.

An inspirational activist and speaker, Karina has received numerous awards and recognitions for her community work including New York State Assembly Leadership Award and the Woman of Distinction award from El Diario La Prensa, New York’s largest Spanish-language newspaper.

Karina proudly serves on the national board of Girls Leadership and has been featured in Forbes, the NY Times, and ABC News 7.
