Girls Leadership works with companies committed to addressing the societal inequities in leadership at the start—in girlhood. Current partners include Genentech, Electronic Arts, Google, UBS, PwC, Union Square Hospitality Group, Silicon Valley Bank, Kaiser Permanente, Conde Nast, Vodafone, Applied Materials, Morgan Stanley, and Athleta among others.
Let’s work together. Our work would not be possible without corporate and philanthropic partners like you. With your support, we can reach one million girls by 2023.
Sample Corporate Programs:
Power Lifting Panel Discussion: A 60- to 90-minute facilitated panel discussion on raising up the voice and power of all our girls. Facilitated by CEO and Co-founder Simone Marean, this panel includes our latest research on how families and schools impact girls’ leadership identity, skills, and ambitions. We will also discuss how gender expectations are impacted by culture, and how schools and institutions respond to those differences and shared experiences to raise up the potential of a generation. Customized to meet corporate and employees’ needs, this panel can focus on parenting, mentorship, and/or management; it involves and elevates existing diverse voices from within the company to share their personal stories, perspectives on leadership, and how they role model leadership as parents and mentors.
Mentorship Training: Girls Leadership teaches the social-emotional skills to develop a healing-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach to mentoring and volunteering. This 90-minute session kicks off with a pre-training listening tour of the target audience, and concludes with an agreement and action plan.
Capacity Building Sponsorship: Sponsorship of training, support, and resources for schools or community based organizations identified by our corporate partners.
Event Sponsorship: Become a sponsor to have your company name and logo included in the event’s promotional materials, including emails to our distribution list, as well as acknowledgement on our social media channels.
